Tums

The only Tums varieties that are not okay are EX Sugar Free and Tums Smoothies.

The rest do not contain animal derived ingredients, they are:

  • TUMS Dual Action
  • TUMS Quik Pak
  • TUMS Ultra 2000
  • TUMS EX 750
  • TUMS Regular Strength
  • TUMS Kids
  • TUMS "To Go"

Dear Lazeena,

All other variants of Tums® do not.

That;s wonderful! When I was pregnant I lived on these. I'll be needing them for that again in a few years, insha'allah.

Tums Chewy bites have alcohol listed in the list of "other ingredients".
